Promasidor’s annual staff day out brought families together for games and team spirit. We brought pop-up oral care: free screenings, on-site cleanings, and take-home education that demystifies dental health for busy staff and their families. Hosting it at Eden Heights Sports Complex in Weija on Saturday, 9 August 2025 kept everything convenient,friendly, and stigma-free.
Our Beaver Foundation team set up a simple flow: registration → screening → clinician consult → on-site care (where appropriate)→ next-steps card for anyone needing follow-up. Between demos on brushing and flossing, parents asked smart questions, kids collected toothbrushes, and a few nervous first-timers left smiling after quick scale-and-polish sessions. We also encouraged those needing more advanced care to book at our clinic for continuity.

Everyone referred received clear next steps and a direct booking pathway to complete care at our clinic. We’re exploring a regular Promasidor oral-health check program so staff can build preventive habits—not just fixes on the day.
